A new residential mixed-use project is under construction taking shape and form at 1341 Normandie Avenue in Gardena. The project proposal includes the construction of a new three-story mixed-use building offering spaces for residential and retail uses. Los Angeles-based real estate firm South Bay Developers is the project developer.
