A sevent-story permanent supportive housing project is planned at 501 E 5th Street in Downtown Los Angeles, within the Downtown Women’s Center (DWC) campus. The project totals 98 dwellings. The project will replace a parking lot on the site.

A new affordable housing community has been approved for development at 1500 East Anaheim Street in Long Beach. The project proposal includes the construction of a five-story building offering residential units at affordable rates. Bridge Housing Corp is the project developer. SVA Architects is responsible for the designs.
