A new mixed-use project is planned for development at 1540 6th Street in Westlake, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a mixed-use building offering multifamily housing and retail space. A 1920s commercial building that currently houses an antique store will be demolished. PGB Holdings, LLC is the project applicabt. The Albert Group Architects is responsible for the design concepts.
