A new residential project has started construction at its site at 2460 Purdue Avenue in Sawtelle. The project proposal includes the construction of a six-story building offering 27 apartments. The project replaced two single-family homes on the site. Local firm Category is the project developer. Bittoni Architects is responsible for the designs.
