Construction work is all set to begin for developing a new mixed-use project proposed at 24722 Del Prado Avenue in Dana Point. The project proposal includes the construction of a new mixed-use condominium complex available for sale. Newport Beach-based Westerre is the project developer. Concord Summit Capital, LLC is responsible for the designs.
