Construction work is all set to begin for developing a new mixed-use project proposed at 24722 Del Prado Avenue in Dana Point. The project proposal includes the construction of a new mixed-use condominium complex available for sale.
Newport Beach-based Westerre is the project developer. Concord Summit Capital, LLC is responsible for the designs.
Site prep has begun and construction will soon kick off for the mixed-use condominium complex in Dana Point. Named Del Prado Place, the mixed-use residential complex will be developed on a corner property lot. The scope of work includes the construction of a new three-story building which will feature 18 condominiums. The condominiums will be designed as a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans. Commercial space spanning 5,200 square feet will be designed on the ground floor.
All units will feature outdoor terraces. The condominiums will be available in the market with a starting price of $1.75 million.
The project received funding measuring $26.8 million; a $17 million senior construction loan arranged by Concord Summit and $9.8 million by CPACE financing.
Completion of Del Prado Place is expected in the second quarter of 2025. The project site is located half a mile inland from Dana Point Harbor.
