Workforce Housing Proposal Moves Forward at 315 North Pasadena Avenue
A new workforce housing development may soon come to 315 North Pasadena Avenue. Th project proposal includes the development of a new residential community offering workforce housing at the campus of Roosevelt Elementary School. The Pasadena Unified School District Board of Education voted to move forward with entitlements for the project. The project was in the planning stages since 2021. SVA Architects is responsible for the designs.
