A new residential community has been proposed for development at 3756 West Santa Rosalia Drive in Baldwin Hills. The project proposal includes the development of a new five-story apartment building offering 270 apartments. The project will replace a surface parking lot on the site. Farzad Amid of Crenshaw Medical Group, LP is listed as the project developer. Metropolis Architecture is responsible for the designs.
