A new mixed-use apartment building has finished construction at 3768 East Colorado Boulevard in East Pasadena. The project proposal includes the development of a mixed-use building offering residential and retail spaces, parking, and onsite amenities. The project is a joint venture between West Hollywood-based APPA Real Estate and its partners Sundance Bay and Geolo Capital. KFA Architecture is responsible for the design concepts.
