A new small-scale apartment building has been proposed for development at 412 North Oakhurst Drive in Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a new eight-story building offering 52 apartments. Once approved, the project calls for the demolition of an existing apartment building on the site. Wilshire Skyline is listed as the project applicant. SPF Architects is responsible for the designs. Place is the project’s landscape architect.
