A new affordable housing project is fully framed at its project site located at 414 South Crocker Street in Downtown Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a new affordable and supportive housing complex. The housing complex is being built on the former site of the Umeya Rice Cake Company Little Tokyo Service Center (LTSC) is the project developer. FSY Architects is responsible for the designs.
