A new residential development is taking its form in wood and concrete framing at 500 South Oxford Avenue in Koreatown, Los Angeles. The project proposal consists of a seven-story residential building. Irvine-based firm Fred & Jamison LLC is the project developer and is tied to a Korean real estate firm Sireus Corp. Ketter Group is managing the design concepts and construction.
