Large-Scale Apartment Complex Rises at 600 Broadway in Long Beach
A new large-scale apartment complex is under construction taking shape and form at 600 Broadway in Long Beach. The project proposal includes the construction of a new residential complex featuring four building rising seven to eight stories in height and featuring 600 units. The project replaced a busy surface parking lot. Trammell Crow Residential (TCR) and R&V Management are the project developers. Studio One Eleven is responsible for the designs.
