A cutting edge, 22 story office building is in the works for 6061 West Sunset Boulevard, in Hollywood. Titled “The Star,” it will replace a few smaller structures along Sunset Boulevard and Harold Way. Mayer Brown are representing the project.
Plans were filed by the City of Los Angeles to redevelop a site at 6061 Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a dome-shaped high-rise office building. Plans call for razing multiple small commercial structures. MAD Architects is responsible for the design concepts and construction. Local design studio SALT Landscape Architects is designing the landscape.
