A new residential project is under construction at 726 South Wilton Place in Koreatown, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a six-story apartment building offering residential space and onsite parking. Plans call for the demolition of an existing fourplex on the site. Los Angeles-based firm Category Company is the project developer. Bittoni Architects is responsible for the design concepts.
