Storage+Units Planned at 7528 North Bellaire Avenue, Sunny Valley
A rather unique mixed-use project has been proposed for development at 7528 North Bellaire Avenue, Sunny Valley, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a building offering spaces for storage along with residential uses. Trojan Storage, an El Segundo-based developer and operator of storage facilities is the project applicant. Jordan Architects is responsible for the designs.
