A new residential project has been proposed at 9011 South Main Street in the Broadway-Manchester neighborhood in Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of 44 apartments that will replace an existing commercial building on the site. East End Properties is the project applicant. Ken Stockton Architects is responsible for the design concepts.
