Construction plans for the proposed office tower have started to move forward at 655 Mesquit Street in Arts District, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a fourteen-story office building with ground-floor retail space. The new construction will replace a parking lot on the site. Continuum Partners and Platinum Equity are the project developers. EYRC Architects is responsible for the design concepts and construction.
