The project site is positioned at the northeast corner of Allesandro Street and Effie Street, just southeast of Glendale Boulevard. The development replaces a single-story warehouse previously occupying the site. The project was developed by A.J. Khair Development & Construction, with architectural services provided by GA Engineering.

The project proposal includes the construction of a new multifamily residential development with 60 units. The project calls for the demolition of an existing automobile repair shop on the site. A.J. Khair Development & Construction is the project developer. NAC Architecture is responsible for the design concepts.
