A new residential project is under construction, taking shape and form at 849 North Detroit Street in Fairfax. The project proposal includes the construction of four three-story small lot houses. The project would replace a single-family residence from the 1920s on the site. Partners Development, LLC is the project developer. Avi Galili Collaborative is responsible for the designs.
