Housing Proposed at 806 South Manhattan Place, Koreatown, Los Angeles
A new residential project has been proposed for development at 806 South Manhattan Place in Koreatown, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a seven-story building offering 33 apartment units. If approved, the project will require the demolition of an existing residential building onsite built in the 1940s. Bedrock Property Investors is the project applicant. Archeon Group is designing the apartment complex.
