A new mixed-use development is set to rise at 16610 Ventura Boulevard in Encino, bringing a blend of housing and retail to one of the San Fernando Valley’s most active corridors. The project, proposed by Benelisha Group, Inc., has cleared its latest round of approvals with plans for a five-story structure containing 45 apartments above 3,400 square feet of ground-floor retail space.

A new mixed-use building has been proposed for development at 16610 West Ventura Boulevard in Encino. The project proposal includes the construction of a new -five story mixed-use building offering space for retail and residential uses. Once approved, a small commercial building on the site will be demolished. Los Angeles-based Benelisha Group, Inc is the project developer. GA Engineering is responsible for the designs.
