Infill Housing Complex Finished At 4847 Beverly Boulevard, Los Angeles

Los Angeles-based development firm Category Company has completed the construction of a four-story infill housing complex at 4847 Beverly Boulevard in Hancock Park. The project features a housing complex with sixteen units. The project site previously housed a duplex which was demolished when construction for the housing complex began in 2019.
Bittoni Architects is responsible for design concepts and construction.

New Apartment Building At 507-517 North Hoover Street In East Hollywood

Just north of the 101 Freeway, a new apartment building is soon going to occupy the parcel at 507-517 North Hoover Street. Los Angeles based developer, Category Company has filed for permits seeking the approval of constructing a new multi-family housing building. The project proposal also includes the demolition of two single-family dwellings and a commercial structure on site.
Bittoni Architects is managing the design concept and construction of the housing redevelopment.
