Townhomes Approved At 2520 North Eastern Avenue In El Serrano, Los Angeles
New single-family dwellings will soon be taking shape at 2520 North Eastern Avenue in El Serrano, Los Angeles. The recently approved project proposal includes the construction of townhomes on a vacant hillside property. In addition to adopting the environmental report, the Los Angeles City Council also approves a zone change required for the construction of the project to commence. Clearwater Communities, a Newport Beach-based homebuilder, is the project developer. KTGY Architecture + Planning is managing the design concepts and construction.
