Meeting Held for Proposed Hotel at 2250-2270 West Pico Boulevard
Los Angeles may soon welcome a new hotel at 2250-2270 West Pico Boulevard in Pico-Union, as the project progresses following a recent Planning Commission review meeting. The project proposal includes the construction of two six-story hotel buildings offering rooms, parking and onsite amenities. The project calls for the demolition of an existing commercial building on the site. Divine Hotels Group is the project applicant. JWDA Architects is responsible for the designs.
