A new multifamily residential project site has begun preparation at 3521-3537 Hughes Avenue in Palms, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of 40 new apartments near Palms Station. The project will replace two houses and two duplexes on the site. Geneva Street Partners is the project developer. Hochhauser Blatter Architecture & Planning (HBA) is responsible for the design concepts.
