Construction has wrapped up for a residential project proposed at 585 Anton Avenue in Costa Mesa. The project proposal includes the development of a large-scale apartment complex featuring multifamily units, retail space, and onsite parking. KTGY Architects is responsible for the designs. The apartment complex was built by Quarterra, a subsidiary of Lennar. MJS served as the project’s landscape architect.
