A new affordable housing has been proposed for development at 3833 South Grand Avenue in the Historic South-Central neighborhood in Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a new four-story residential project offering 54 units. Rohan Gupta of the Kulbushan Gupta 1990 Family Trust is listed as the owner and applicant.
