A new large-scale office complex has been approved for development at 5868 Jefferson Boulevard in Baldwin Hills, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new five-story building offering spaces for office use and onsite parking. The project replaced the onsite office and a surface parking lot on the site. Lincoln Property Company and Clarion Partners are listed as the project developer. Gensler is responsible for the designs.

A new office building has finished construction at 6163 Centinela Avenue in Culver City, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of an eleven-story office building. Plans call for the demolition of an existing parking lot. LPC West, a subsidiary of Lincoln Property Company, and Broad Street Principal Investments are the project developers. Gensler is responsible for the design concepts.
