A new office building has finished construction at 6163 Centinela Avenue in Culver City, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of an eleven-story office building. Plans call for the demolition of an existing parking lot.

LPC West, a subsidiary of Lincoln Property Company, and Broad Street Principal Investments are the project developers. Gensler is responsible for the design concepts.

The Entrada

Named The Entrada, the project proposes to bring a mixed-use office development spanning an area of 280,000 square feet. The office building will offer office spaces for rent on its upper floors. Parking space with a capacity of 1,000 cars will be developed on the site. Retail space located in a podium will be developed on the ground floor.

Renderings reveal a glass box above the podium level, with its mass, shifted to leave space for a tenant amenity deck. Cascading terraces are also carved into the northern and southern sides of the building.

The property site is located at the southwest corner of Culver City, near I-405.
