A joint venture of Sunrise Senior Living and Lincoln Property Company has retooled its Wilshire Corridor proposal at 10354 Wilshire Boulevard, Santa Monica, pivoting to the city’s Housing Incentive Program to expand the plan. The refreshed application, filed in August, now envisions a 20-story tower on Wilshire paired with a four-story companion building along Ashton Avenue. The site currently contains a 40-unit apartment building slated for redevelopment. Design duties have shifted to HKS Architects.
