New Residences Rising at 127 North Madison Avenue, Pasadena
A new residential complex is on the rise taking shape and form at 127 North Madison Avenue in Playhouse District, Pasadena. The project proposal includes the development of a new five-story building offering spaces for residential and commercial uses. The project replaced a surface parking lot on the site. Toledo Homes is the project developer. Los Angeles-based architecture firm Struere is responsible for the designs.
