Construction is underway for a new mixed-use project proposed for development at 11701 West Santa Monica Boulevard in Sawtelle, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new six-story building offering spaces for residential and retail uses. Markwood Enterprises is the project developer. Steinberg Hart is responsible for the designs.
