Lightstone Celebrates Topping Out of Dual-Branded Marriott Moxy and AC Hotels In Downtown Los Angeles
A hotel tower has topped out in downtown Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a 37-story structure consisting of two Marriott hotels with onsite amenities. Real estate investor and developer Lightstone is the project developer. Gensler is responsible for the design concepts and construction. Moxy Los Angeles Downtown and AC Hotel Los Angeles Downtown.
