A new residential project has been proposed for development at 3257 East Cesar East Chavez Avenue in Boyle Heights, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a new seven-story building offering 62 apartments and onsite parking. If approved, the new apartment complex will replace houses and commercial building near Evergreen Cemetery. Nardi Associates is listed as both applicant and architect for the project.

After seven years, City Council has finally granted approvals for a car wash redevelopment project proposed at 949 South Figueroa Street in Downtown, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the redevelopment of downtown’s most outdated carwash with a high-rise building. City Council approved a master conditional use permit and a transfer of floor area rights agreement for the tower.
Monrovia-based architecture firm Nardi Associates is responsible for the design concepts.
