A new affordable housing project has been proposed for development at 920 South La Brea Avenue in Mid-Wilshire, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a new nine-story building offering affordable housing options to the locals. The project will replace a shuttered car rental business on the site. SCAH-LA is listed as the project developer. MVE + Partners is responsible for the designs.
