A new apartment complex will soon take shape and form at its project site at 12040 Stagg Street in North Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a new four-story apartment building offering residential units, garages, and onsite amenities. The project site houses a single-family residence which will be demolished. Helen Tat of Tatcoson LLC is the project applicant. San Marino-based NEO & Associates is designing the project.
