A new affordable housing project has been proposed for development at 1332 and 1346 North Fairfax Avenue in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a four-story building offering low and moderate income housing. Two single-family homes are proposed for demolition to make way for the housing project. Taylor Equities is the project developer. GA Engineering is responsible for the designs.
