The project proposal includes the construction of a seven-story multifamily residential development offering spaces for residences and parking. The project replaced a collection of small commercial buildings on the site. Chicago Los Angeles-based The Bond Companies is the project developer. HED is designing the apartment complex.

The project proposal includes the construction of an apartment tower with commercial space and on-site parking. The new mixed-use development will replace a surface parking lot on the site. The Bond Companies is developing the project. DE Architects is responsible for the design concepts and construction.
