Senior Care Facility Approved at 17017 West Ventura Boulevard, Los Angeles
A new senior care center has been approved for development at 17017 West Ventura Boulevard in Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a new mixed-use complex comprising of a three-story medical office building and a five-story senior care complex. The project will replace a surface parking and commercial buildings on the site. TriStar Realty Group is the project developer. HPI Architecture is responsible for the designs.
