A new senior care center has been approved for development at 17017 West Ventura Boulevard in Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a new mixed-use complex comprising of a three-story medical office building and a five-story senior care complex. The project will replace a surface parking and commercial buildings on the site.
TriStar Realty Group is the project developer. HPI Architecture is responsible for the designs.
The scope of work includes the development of a new mixed-use development offering an eldercare facility and medical offices. Named ParkPointe Encino, the complex will bring a three-story, 55,000-square-foot medical office building accompanied by a five-story building containing 66 assisted living apartments and 24 memory care units.
Parking for 364 vehicles would be provided in a surface lot and an underground garage. The medical offices will front Ventura Boulevard, and housing will be developed at the rear of the site, with a small courtyard and an alley separating the two structures.
ParkPointe is expected to complete construction in three-and-a-half years.
