A new mixed-use affordable housing project is under construction at 8500 South Vermont Avenue in Broadway-Manchester, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a mixed-use complex featuring two buildings offering spaces for retail and residential uses. San Francisco-based Bridge Housing Corporation is the project developer. TCA Architects is responsible for the designs.
