A new mixed-use project is taking shape at 11111 Jefferson Boulevard in Culver City, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a five-story building offering housing, retail, and office spaces. The project will replace a post office and a Coco’s restaurant on the site. 3MR Capital and The John Buck Company are the project developers. Culver City-based wHY Architecture is responsible for the design concepts, while AO serves as its architect of record.
