Mixed-Use To Be Developed At 4579-4627 Hollywood Boulevard In Los Feliz
A new mixed-use project has been planned for development at 4579-4627 Hollywood Boulevard in Los Feliz. The project proposal includes the construction of a new four-story building offering spaces for residential and commercial uses. The housing-retail complex will replace a Goodwill retail store and a parking lot on the site. Kristin Harrison on behalf of the Z Wayne Griffin Trust is the project applicant. Warren Techentin Architecture is responsible for the designs.
