A new mixed-project is under construction taking shape and form at 3457 West Slauson Avenue in Hyde Park, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a new five-story building offering spaces for residential and retail uses. 3475 Slauson, LLC is listed as the project applicant. Aero Collective is responsible for the designs.
Exterior finishing is nearly complete at 960 West 7th Street, in the Financial District of Downtown Los Angeles. The project, by Brookfield Properties, will be one of the tallest residential towers in the city. An interest list has opened, with rentals starting in January of 2023.
8th & Figueroa continues to rise at 732 South Figueroa Street, in the Financial District. Mitsui Fudosan America is behind the project, which was previously one of the few open air, at grade parking lots in the area. When completed, the project will reach 42 stories tall.
