Los Angeles-based real estate developer, Barth Partners have proposed a new four-story residential development at 636 North Juanita Avenue in East Hollywood. The project proposal includes the redevelopment of the site housing two single-family residences into a four-story structure consisting of apartments above semi-subterranean parking. The project has secured a construction loan of $13.3 million.
Aaron Brumer & Associates is managing the design concept and construction of the project.
The residential complex will feature thirty-three residences. The residences are offered as a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. Four of the residences will be set aside, enlisted under low-income affordability. The project will also offer a parking space for sixty-nine vehicles. On-site amenities are inclusive of a resident lounge and a gym.
The architecture style of the structure is expressed as a modern low-rise structure enveloped with cantilevered rail balconies.
The estimated date of project completion is late 2022.
The project site is located near the intersection of Melrose and Vermont Avenues in East Hollywood. Various restaurants, retail, and grocery stores are located nearby.

I live across the street and have witnessed the development, i read an article that there will be 4 units reserved for extremely low income households, i look forward to seeing leasing opportunities for this location , a wonderful addition to the neighborhood.
