An office building will soon be in function at 5950 Jefferson Boulevard in Baldwin Hills, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a four-story office building located a short walk from the Culver City Stairs.
Urban Offerings and Meridian Group are project developers. Carrier Johnson + Culture is managing the conceptual design and construction.

The project broke ground in early 2020, and now the facade development is in its nascent stage. The office building will be a four-story structure that will feature approximately 80,000 square feet of space. A basement-level parking garage with a capacity of 175 vehicles will also be constructed.

Renderings reveal a contemporary low-rise structure with a facade designed in concrete and glass. Upper-level setbacks and recessions will be used to create balconies and amenity spaces.
Construction is expected to complete in the first half of 2022.

The project site is located near Culver City’s Hayden Tract and is one of several large-scale office developments under construction.
