A hotel is under construction at 5057 Lankershim Boulevard in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a large-scale hotel near the B Line’s terminus.
Agoura Hills-based real estate firm Napa Industries LLC is the project developer. AXIS/GFA is responsible for the design concepts and construction.

The scope of the project includes redeveloping a parcel spanning an area of 30,000 square feet. The project will bring a seven-story hotel building featuring 171 rooms. Retail and restaurant space measuring an area of 9,350 square feet will be developed on the ground floor. A semi-subterranean parking garage with a capacity of 89 vehicles will be constructed on the site.
Renderings reveal a podium-style building with a facade clad in metal, cement, and stucco. The building showcases a V-shaped footprint with a rear-facing loading dock and parking space. Onsite amenities include a conference facility, a fitness center, and a rooftop pool deck.

Requested entitlements submitted in November 2020 include a general plan amendment, a zone change, and a conditional use permit for on-site alcohol sales. Once approved, the hotel development will occur over a roughly two-year period starting in 2022 and concluding in 2024. The project site is located at the northwest corner of Lankershim Boulevard and Hesby Street.
