After a long-term delay, construction has wrapped for Godfrey Hotel at 1400 North Cahuenga Boulevard in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a seven-story hotel building with a restaurant, rooftop deck and bar.
Oxford Capital Group is the project developer. Steinberg Hart is responsible for the design concepts. Chicago-based Gettys Group provided interior design work.
The project proposes to bring a seven-story structure offering 220 guest rooms. The hotel will also feature a central courtyard, a fitness center, and a rooftop deck and bar spanning an area of 6,000 square feet. About Last Knife, a steakhouse from Oxford Hotels & Resorts, will be located in a space at the ground floor.
The hotel is located a short walk south of Sunset Boulevard. The project site is located directly northwest of Kilroy Realty’s On Vine development, a Netflix-anchored office and residential complex, and northeast of the Rise Hollywood development.
