77 North Conejo School Road has opened, in Thousand Oaks. The project, by Jemstreet Properties, brings 40 new units to the area, in a contemporary architectural design. All parking for the site is below grade. 62 parking spaces are provided.

The building ranges from approximately 33 to 38 feet high, with two areas about 42 feet above grade for the stair and elevator towers. The outside walls are mostly finished in stucco, cement fiberboard finish siding, and stone veneer, all in earth-toned colors. Architectural features include vinyl windows, glass railings, metal canopies and deep recessed balconies.

Inside, there are 20 one-bedroom units, and 20 two-bedroom units, ranging from 780 square feet to 1240 square feet. Each unit will has its own private balcony or patio with a minimum area of 100 square feet. Amenities include a recreational room, TV, coffee bar, lobby and conference room, fitness room, and a community courtyard with BBQs and fire pit.

Two lots were combined to form the new development. It is now a little over an acre in size. A one story apartment building and single-family dwelling were previously on the property. The Lakestone Trailer Park borders the project to the south, a 4-plex and duplex apartment borders the project site to the north, and the Crestwood Chalets apartment complex borders the project to the west.
